BINUS is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to identify learning needs and align delivery approaches with organizational goals. You will research trends in online platforms and collaborate with faculties to implement technology initiatives.

The role involves ensuring accessibility, tracking timelines, and communicating requirements with IT and QA teams, while developing helpful user guides and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze learning needs of various user groups and recommend delivery approaches.
• Provide regular research on latest trends in online learning platforms and educational technologies.
• Collaborate with faculties, centers, and departments to implement learning technology initiatives.
• Track project timelines and deliverables for learning technology implementations.
• Review UI elements and learning tools for accessibility and instructional design best practices.
• Work with IT to communicate educational requirements during development cycles.
• Coordinate with QA to test new learning technology features for functionality and accuracy.
• Analyze user feedback and platform data to identify UX improvements.
• Develop documentation and guides to support system enhancements and user training.

• Keep track of project timelines and deliverables for the implementation of learning technology solutions.
• Review user interface elements and learning tools to ensure compliance with instructional design best practices and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with IT teams to communicate educational requirements and assist in the review and validation of system features during development cycles.
• Communicate with QA teams to perform testing of new learning technology features, ensure functionality, and accuracy
• Analyze basic user feedback and platform usage data to identify trends or areas for enhancement in the user experience.
• Provide clear and comprehensive documentation to support system enhancements and serve as reference for cross-functional teams.
• Develop materials, guides, or FAQs to support user training and ongoing support efforts.

Management Support Activities

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
