Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a senior Learning & Development Leader to design and oversee broad-based development across leadership, technical, and behavioral competencies. You will craft annual training roadmaps aligned with corporate priorities and monitor progress against budgets and targets.

Lead program evaluation through feedback and business metrics, and drive continuous improvement with innovative learning solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development or related field, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, learning needs analysis, and training evaluation.
• Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Understanding of talent management concepts and aligning learning with broader talent strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.

• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate development solutions.
• Manage and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technologies.
• Monitor trends to ensure learning initiatives support the organization's talent strategy.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through participant feedback, assessments, and business performance indicators, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Research, evaluate, and introduce innovative learning methodologies, digital learning solutions, and industry best practices to enhance learning effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate development solutions.
• Manage and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies to ensure an effective learning experience.
• Monitor learning trends and maintain an understanding of talent development practices to ensure learning initiatives support the organization's overall talent strategy.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Talent Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, learning needs analysis, and training evaluation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Understanding of Talent Management concepts, including competency development, career development, succession planning, and employee development, with the ability to align learning initiatives to broader talent strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
