Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a senior Learning & Development Leader to design and oversee broad-based development across leadership, technical, and behavioral competencies. You will craft annual training roadmaps aligned with corporate priorities and monitor progress against budgets and targets.

Lead program evaluation through feedback and business metrics, and drive continuous improvement with innovative learning solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development or related field, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, learning needs analysis, and training evaluation.
• Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Understanding of talent management concepts and aligning learning with broader talent strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance leadership, managerial, technical, and behavioral competencies across the organization.
• Develop annual learning strategies and training roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and workforce capability needs.
• Ensure training initiatives are delivered on plan, within timelines and budgets, and meet participation targets.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business performance indicators, and drive improvements.
• Research and introduce innovative learning methodologies, digital learning solutions, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate development solutions.
• Manage and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technologies.
• Monitor trends to ensure learning initiatives support the organization's talent strategy.
