Job summary

Indodana in Makassar is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to build and deliver training programs for sales promoters across the field. You will design material, conduct sessions, and ensure teams understand both hard and soft skills essential for performance.

The role requires minimum a diploma or bachelor, 3+ years in financial services, and at least 1 year as area sales leader or sales trainer. Preference for staff with relevant experience in insurance or unit trusts.

Qualifications

• Having minimum a diploma or bachelor from any major.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in a financial company with min. 1 year as area sales leader or sales trainer.
