The Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, leadership readiness, and organisational performance.
Reporting directly to the Learning Center Manager, this role oversees a team of learning instructors while managing the complete learning lifecycle, from training needs analysis and instructional design through implementation and programme evaluation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing competency-based learning programmes, leadership development initiatives, digital learning projects, and organisational culture programmes aligned with business priorities.
