Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking an L&D (Sales) Associate to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales training for our growing team. You will create and refresh training content, lead coaching sessions, and monitor program effectiveness to boost performance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 1–5 years in learning and development or sales training, with strong facilitation, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Education, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or related fields.
• Experience delivering sales training and strong understanding of sales processes, customer handling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding, refreshment, and sales training programs for the sales team.
• Create, update, and maintain sales training materials and learning content.
• Facilitate training sessions, role plays, coaching, and mentoring to improve sales performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, observations, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and competency gaps.
• Prepare training reports and recommend continuous improvements to support business needs.

Your Day-to-Day

Who We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
