Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate Manager - Lifestyle to drive talent supply, training programs, and quality controls across its lifestyle services footprint in Indonesia.

You will oversee manpower fulfilment, manage new hire training and coaching, monitor staff QC for non-compliance, and optimize levers to improve bookings to visits, reporting insights from data analyses to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Sales Enablement or similar industry.
• Background in Sales, Telesales, or QC.
• Data analysis capabilities is a must. Comfortable to crunch data into analytical output.
• Comfortable with rigorous process and details.
