Seven Retail is seeking a Partnership Senior Associate in Jakarta to lead strategic partnership development across brands and institutions, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth. You will negotiate high-impact collaborations, build frameworks and dashboards in Excel/Looker Studio, and translate data into actionable recommendations for optimization.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales, business development or partnerships, strong communication, and a proven record in partner activations

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Proven record in partner acquisition and activations with revenue impact.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS).
• Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
• Comfortable turning raw data into insights, reports and recommendations.
• Experience in lifestyle, beauty, or dental industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Oversee partnership pipelines and manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
• Develop partnership frameworks, proposal decks, benefit structures, and performance measurement processes.
• Build and maintain partnership trackers and dashboards (pipeline, redemptions, traffic, revenue contribution) in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Clean, consolidate, and analyze partnership data from multiple sources to measure ROI and partner performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and turn findings into clear recommendations for optimization.
• Strengthen long-term partner relationships and explore expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, basic charts, and data cleaning.
• Comfortable working with raw data and able to turn it into insights, reports, and recommendations.
• Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
• Existing partner pipeline in lifestyle, beauty, or dental industry is a plus.
• Experience in brand activations & monetization of spots/services.
• Creative, bubbly personality, strong communicator, and relationship builder.
• B2B experience (lifestyle preferred).
