Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, Communications, Psychology or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience developing training or learning content for corporate L&D, training firms, education providers, or internal academies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build training decks end to end (learning arc, module flow, layout, messaging).
• Elevate client materials into structured, teachable modules with guides and facilitator notes.
• Create the full asset set around slides: participant guides, run-of-show, activities, case studies, and assessments.
• Maintain design standards and version control across client-facing assets.
• Iterate materials based on facilitator and participant feedback after deliveries.
• Translate client objectives into coherent program design (outcomes, sequence, duration, delivery mode).
• Design experiential learning experiences (discussions, simulations, group challenges).
• Research client industries, benchmark programs, and keep design thinking sharp.
• Identify and source trainers and speakers matched to content and audience.
• Build and maintain facilitator network and profiles; align on content and delivery.

We are hiring a Learning Experience Designer whose primary craft is building outstanding training materials — and who can carry a program from design through to the day it is delivered in the room.

Role Summary

You will support the delivery of consulting-style learning projects (online, offline, hybrid), ensuring projects stay on track, deliverables meet quality standards, and operations run smoothly. You will work closely with internal teams (PMO Lead, project manager, facilitators, ops).

What You Will Do

1) Training Content & Slide Development

Design and build complete training decks end to end: learning arc, module flow, slide-level messaging, layout, and visual design.

Elevate raw material — client documents, Subject Matter Expert interviews, research, and reference content — into structured, teachable modules.

Develop the full material set that surrounds the deck: participant guides and workbooks, facilitator notes and run-of-show, activity and exercise instructions, case studies, simulations, and assessment instruments.

Apply and extend Int Labs' visual and instructional standards, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and version control across every asset that reaches a client.

Iterate materials from facilitator and participant feedback after each delivery, so each cohort receives a stronger product than the last.

Translate client objectives and business context into a coherent program design: learning outcomes, module sequence, duration, delivery mode (online, offline, hybrid), and participant journey.

Design the experiential layer — discussions, simulations, group challenges, and reflection — so learning is applied rather than only delivered.

Research client industries, benchmark programs, and current learning practice to keep our design thinking sharp.

Identify, evaluate, and source facilitators, trainers, subject-matter experts, and speakers matched to each program's content and audience.

Build and maintain Int Labs' facilitator network, including profiles, availability, rate benchmarks, and performance history.

Brief and align facilitators on content, learning intent, delivery approach, and client context; run rehearsals and run-throughs before delivery.

4) Workshop Delivery

Run delivery on the ground and online: readiness checks, participant communications, materials, activity setup, and contingency handling.

Support facilitators through run-of-show execution and same-day troubleshooting, holding the experience together as the room moves.

Capture what worked and what did not, and feed it directly back into the content and design.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management , Education, Communications, Psychology or related fields

1–3 years of experience developing training or learning content — in corporate L&D, a training or consulting firm, an education provider, or an internal academy. This must be content you built, not content you coordinated.

Demonstrable slide-building capability. Advanced command of PowerPoint or Google Slides — layout, visual hierarchy, typography, iconography, data presentation, and template discipline

Instructional design fundamentals. You can structure a learning experience — objectives, sequencing, engagement mechanics, practice, and assessment

Program delivery experience. You have carried training programs from design through to live delivery, including coordinating facilitators and client stakeholders.

Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (professional writing and speaking in both)

Proficient in productivity tools (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs)

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
