Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta seeks an Learning & Development Manager to lead and supervise all training initiatives, aligning programs with the hotel’s mission and guest service standards. You will partner with property leadership to identify development needs, design programs, and coach teams to achieve service excellence.

You will oversee program delivery, measure training impact, and manage budgets to drive performance improvements and guest satisfaction across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree in HR, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years in HR or related area; certified trainer.
• OR a 4-year bachelor’s in the same fields; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs aligned to the organization’s mission and goals.
• Assess training needs and measure effectiveness to ensure ROI.
• Develop training plans and budgets and manage the training program lifecycle.
• Promote training programs and maintain quality standards across the property.
