Responsibilities

• Administering Employee Training Programs: Promotes and informs employees about all training programs; supports training efforts with leadership.
• Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: Monitors enrollment, assesses progress, and measures transfer of learning.
• Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets: Aligns programs with mission/vision and identifies performance gaps to improve performance.
• Managing Training Budgets: Participates in budget development and ensures expenditures align with goals.
