Job summary

Monee is seeking an Experienced (Individual Contributor) professional in Jakarta to lead the annual learning plan, coordinate training activities, and manage budgets. You will liaise with HRBPs and business stakeholders, build knowledge of credit, insurance, and payments domains, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic priorities.

You will organize facilitators, attendees, materials, and governance reporting, maintaining calendars and dashboards to enable governance and oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Experience in learning and development, training coordination, L&D operations, or a related area.
• Strong planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools to maintain budget trackers, dashboards, and governance reports.
• Ability to communicate clearly with HRBPs, business teams and to follow through on agreed actions.
• Interest in understanding the learning needs of credit, insurance, and payments businesses.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business stakeholders to identify learning needs, understand business priorities, and translate them into an annual training plan.
• Build a working understanding of the credit, insurance, and payments businesses and their respective entities to ensure learning activities meet relevant needs.
• Coordinate facilitators, participants, materials, invitations, attendance, feedback, and follow-up actions for internal training activities.
• Maintain the training calendar, arrange sessions with stakeholders, communicate schedule changes, and monitor delivery against the plan.
• Track commitments and actual spending against the approved annual learning budget. Forecast utilization, flag underspending early, and work with HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure the budget is fully and appropriately used by year-end for approved business learning needs.
• Maintain training dashboards and prepare regular governance reports on planned versus completed activities, participation, completion, feedback, follow-up actions, and budget utilization. Keep supporting records accurate and up to date.
