Job summary

PT. DREAME TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist who speaks Mandarin to start hands-on in Flyco offline stores, learning products, sales processes, customer service, store operations, and local market conditions.

After probation, you will manage Flyco SPG teams across offline stores and sales channels, including scheduling, supervision, and coaching, while ensuring brand and operational standards through regular store visits.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and good English communication required.
• Experience in retail supervision, store management, sales team management, or staff training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start hands-on in Flyco offline stores to learn products, sales processes, customer service, store operations, and local market conditions.

• Act as the liaison between Indonesia retail team and Flyco China HQ, ensuring HQ strategies and standards are implemented.
• Travel to Shanghai HQ every 1–2 months for reporting, business reviews, product training, and brand updates.

Ensure consistent implementation of brand, visual merchandising, service, and operational standards through regular store visits and follow-up.

Monitor sales performance and market trends, identify operational issues, and drive improvements in retail execution.

Conduct training on sales techniques, product knowledge, new launches, and brand standards to develop the local sales team.

Act as the key liaison between the Indonesia retail team and Flyco China HQ, ensuring HQ strategies and standards are properly implemented.

Travel to Shanghai HQ every 1–2 months for reporting, business review, product training, and brand updates.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and good English communication skills.

Experience in retail supervision, store management, sales team management, or staff training preferred.

Strong leadership, execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage teams under dual-line management.

Willing to travel regularly to Shanghai for business and training.

Willing to start with hands-on store experience before taking full responsibility for the retail team.
