Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking an experienced L&D leader to develop and implement development programs within Corporate Functions in Jakarta. The role focuses on analyzing development needs, designing curricula, and delivering both offline and online training to enhance employee competencies.

The position involves managing training budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and partnering with Talent Management and HRBP to ensure aligned employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
• 7–8 years of experience in L&D.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs aligned with business objectives and individual needs to build competencies.
• Develop curricula tailored to business needs and individual competencies.
• Create, implement, and improve training content for offline and online delivery.
• Prepare catalogs, calendars, and training publications for implementation.
• Serve as a trainer/facilitator for soft skills training.
• Evaluate, analyze, and report on training effectiveness.
• Document training data and maintain system records.
• Build a network with internal/external trainers to support training.
• Prepare training budget plans and monitor budget utilization.
• Partner with talent management and HRBP to ensure employee development aligns with plan.

Responsible for developing and implementing development programs at Corporate Functions

Job Description :

• Analyze development needs that are tailored to the objectives of the business or function and individual needs to develop competencies so that they can be relevant in today's position.


• Developing an appropriate curriculum tailored to business needs and developing the competencies of each individual.


• Create, implement, and make improvements related to development content for both offline and online training.


• Prepare catalogs, calendars, and training publications to be implemented.


• Become a trainer or training facilitator for soft skills training.


• Evaluate, analyze, and make reports on the effectiveness of the training that has been implemented.


• Carry out documentation and ensure the training data base is recorded in the system.


• Building a network with trainers and facilitators, both internal and external, to support training implementation.


• Prepare training budget plans, monitor usage, and report training budget utilization.


• Become a partner for talent management and HRBP to ensure employee development goes according to plan.

Job Requirements :

• Min Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.


• Experience in the field of L&D for 7 - 8 years.


• Experience involved in the development needs analysis process from users to solutions in the form of training/other development programs.


• Experience related to competency development up to mapping to employee development programs.


• Experience in preparing training budgets, monitoring, and reporting budget realization to management.


• Experience in handling multiple stakeholders in the previous company (Supporting units: Finance, Audit, Procurement, etc.).
