Job summary

Cermaticom is seeking an energetic L&D Training Specialist to design, conduct and evaluate weekly Ops training for new joiners and existing staff, and to coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery.

You will facilitate training modules for Ops development, report to the L&D Manager on daily, weekly and monthly activities, assist the L&D department with Non-Ops training, and help refreshment programs when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in training or L&D.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Requirements
