Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Engineer in Tangerang, Indonesia to drive site improvements and nurture a CI culture through data-driven decisions. You will lead DMAIC projects, coach teams, and strengthen the MOS while embedding continuous improvement in daily operations.

You will work with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, SHE, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable results. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Strong understanding of DMAIC, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, Process Optimization, and Waste Elimination.
• Experience using Power BI, data analytics, and data visualization tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.

• Identify and eliminate process waste through Lean methodologies and TIMWOOD principles.
• Conduct Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops, and structured problem-solving sessions.
• Drive data-driven decision making through analysis, insights, and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital performance management tools.
• Strengthen the site's Management Operating System (MOS) and daily performance management processes.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and Continuous Improvement practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, SHE, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business results.

About this Position

TheLean Six Sigma Engineer plays a critical role in stimulating andaccelerating site improvement initiatives, connecting cross-functionalteams, and driving a sustainable culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) through data-driven decision making.
