Job summary

PT SHARP Electronics Indonesia is seeking a production supervisor to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and efficient use of resources in take-charge shifts. This role requires coordinating personnel, setting up standard operating procedures, and maintaining quality standards across the production line.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong English communication skills; Japanese language ability is a plus.

Qualifications
