Job summary

PT SEI Consulting Jakarta, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is seeking a Sales Marketing Staff to support sales and marketing initiatives in Indonesia. You will bridge sales objectives and marketing strategy, coordinating campaigns and client communications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years in Sales/Marketing, excellent negotiation and English skills, and the ability to work independently. Working hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with various company benefits offered.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in manufacturing/industrial business.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the role PT SEI Consulting Jakarta is subsidiary of Sumitomo Electric Ltd. Japan currently seeking a Sales Marketing Staff to join our group company. where you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. As a Sales Marketing Staff member, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our sales objectives and marketing strategy, ensuring cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of our organization whilst developing your marketing and sales coordination expertise.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably Industrial Engineering or any related field.

2 - 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in manufacturing/industrial business.

Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
