Job summary

Star Energy Geothermal is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to oversee safe, efficient management of our Salak Geothermal Operations warehouse. You will manage inventory control, material handling, and governance to ensure timely availability of parts for plant operations, maintenance, and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, SCM or related discipline.
• 7+ years in warehouse management, inventory control, material management or logistics.
• Experience in geothermal, oil & gas, mining, energy, or asset-heavy industries preferred.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, inventory controls, material handling, and logistics support.
• Experience supervising contractors or outsourced personnel.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management or equivalent ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements.
• Strong organizational skills for dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, preservation, issuance, and inventory control activities.
• Ensure warehouse activities are executed in accordance with company policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate warehouse personnel, contractors, and third-party service providers to support operational and project requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counting, reconciliation, and material transaction monitoring.
• Oversee warehouse documentation, reporting, record management, and system transactions to ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits by maintaining required documentation and coordinating corrective actions.
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure effective material management and logistics support.
• Support inventory planning and material availability to meet operational, maintenance, drilling, and project requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations, inventory governance, material handling processes, and supply chain effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and sustainability requirements, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and other applicable management systems.
