Job summary

Star Energy Geothermal seeks a Warehouse Specialist to oversee inventory control, material handling, and logistics across Salak Geothermal Operations, ensuring timely availability of parts for plant operations and maintenance.

The role requires leadership of warehouse teams, SOP adherence, SAP WM proficiency, and strong Excel skills, with a focus on continuous improvement across supply chain governance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in warehouse management or logistics.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries preferred (geothermal/oil & gas/mining/manufacturing).
• Proficient in SAP WM and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive improvements and manage priorities.
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety standards (ISO 14001/45001, SMK3) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate warehouse personnel, contractors and third-party providers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts and reconciliations.
• Oversee warehouse documentation, reporting and system transactions for data integrity.
• Support audits by coordinating corrective actions and documentation.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers for effective material management.
• Support inventory planning to meet operations, maintenance, drilling and projects.
• Promote continuous improvement in warehouse governance and processes.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and sustainability requirements.
