Job summary

Star Energy Geothermal is seeking a Contract Coordinator to support contract management, procurement coordination, and cost control for the Salak Power Plant Operations team. You will coordinate contracts for goods and services, monitor budgets, and manage material master data in SAP.

The role requires collaboration with SCM and maintenance teams to ensure timely procurement and compliant contract execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, procurement, or related functions.
• Experience with budget monitoring, cost control, or material management.
• Exposure to ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Strong coordination with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to draft, administer, and monitor contracts and service orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract development, scopes, and service/material requirements.
• Administer contracts and monitor performance, budgets, and costs.
• Support procurement processes and timely contract delivery.
• Coordinate spare parts, inventory, and material master data in SAP.
• Prepare contract-related documentation and cost verification.
• Assist Contract Owners with drafting, amendments, and reporting.
• Participate in bid reviews, engineering cost estimates, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
