Job summary

PT.Altaf Digdaya Indonesia (Cave Men’s Grooming ) is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to own replenishment, production planning, purchase orders, and supplier delivery end-to-end. You will ensure stock availability while maintaining healthy inventory across warehouses and branches.

The role emphasizes demand and supply planning, inventory targets, open PO control, and strong vendor coordination to minimize stockouts and excess stock. Requires 3–5 years in supply chain with a related degree.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or PPIC (same industry is a plus)
• Proven experience in purchasing planning and vendor/manufacturer coordination, including export-import processes and third-party manufacturing (maklon)
• Able to analyze inventory data, purchasing reports, and production timelines to anticipate reorder needs
• Strong communication and coordination skills, both internal and external, with clear and proactive updates
• Detail-oriented and resilient, able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Demand & Supply Planning: consolidate forecasts vs history and build a rolling 3–6 month supply plan with SKU-level recommendations
• Inventory Planning & Replenishment: calculate DOI, safety stock, reorder points, monitor stock across warehouses, manage aging inventory
• Production Planning: develop SKU production schedules, coordinate with factories on capacity and output targets
• Purchase Requirement & Open PO Control: calculate purchase requirements for approval and monitor all open POs
• Supplier & Factory Monitoring: follow up with vendors on production and delivery status, escalate risks
• Stock Allocation & Inter-Warehouse Replenishment: allocate stock to branches/3PL based on sales velocity and ensure transfer tracking
