• Facilitate consensus meetings to align commercial strategies with supply chain capabilities.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock-outs, and obsolete stock across warehouses.
• Translate forecasts into production and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with regional/global plants or suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Service Level (OTIF), and Days of Inventory.

Job description

Supply Demand Planner position responsible for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain coordination across commercial, manufacturing, and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather market intelligence, promotional plans, and historical sales data

Generate and maintain accurate rolling demand forecasts at SKU and category levels

Facilitate consensus meetings to align commercial strategies with supply chain capabilities

Monitor inventory levels, stock-outs, and excess/obsolete stock across warehouses and distribution centers

Translate demand forecasts into production and replenishment requirements

Coordinate with regional and global manufacturing plants or suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Track key supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Service Level (OTIF), and Days of Inventory (DOI)

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and agility

Partner with Finance, Customer Care, and Logistics teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks
