Job summary

Erpay is seeking an IT Development Manager to lead our software development team and oversee digital platforms that support our business in Indonesia. You’ll manage the development lifecycle from planning through maintenance, ensuring security, scalability, and timely delivery across POS, e-commerce, supply chain, and payment platforms.

Collaboration with Product, QA, Design, and Business teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years in software development, IT management, or engineering leadership.
Proven leadership of software development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the software development team for effective performance and delivery.
Oversee the end-to-end development process from planning to maintenance.
Manage development of POS, e-commerce, supply chain, payment, and retail platforms.
Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and Business teams to define requirements and priorities.
Ensure secure, reliable, scalable applications delivered on time.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), resources, budgets, and partners.
Drive Agile practices and improve development processes to meet business goals.
