Job summary

Erpay is seeking an IT Development Manager to lead the software development team and oversee the creation of digital platforms that support our business objectives.

You will manage the development lifecycle, drive Agile practices, collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and other teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across POS, e-commerce, and fintech integrations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development, IT management, or engineering leadership.
• Proven experience leading and managing software development teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management.
• Experience in payment systems, gateways, banking integrations, or fintech is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with modern backend, frontend, mobile, and database technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Go, Node.js, React.js, Flutter, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with third-party technology partners, vendors, payment gateways, banks, or external partners.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with mobile app release processes on Google Play and Apple App Store is a plus.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the software development team to ensure effective performance and delivery.
• Oversee the development process from planning, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance.
• Manage the development of POS, e-commerce, supply chain, payment, and retail platforms.
• Work closely with Product, QA, Design, and Business teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and delivered on time.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), project resources, budgets, and technology partners.
• Drive Agile practices, improve development processes, and ensure technical solutions support business goals and customer needs.
