Job summary

Dekoruma, sebuah startup e-commerce furnitur terkemuka di Jakarta Barat, mencari profesional desain interior berpengalaman untuk melakukan benchmarking, riset pasar, dan mengembangkan konsep produk baru. Kandidat akan bekerja dengan tim internal dan vendor untuk menyempurnakan desain hingga sampling berjalan lancar.

Posisi ini mengutamakan kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, dan perhatian terhadap detail, dengan fokus pada tren furnitur terkini dan material yang relevan di industri home & living.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di Interior Design/Desain Produk/Arsitektur atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di desain furnitur interior atau pengembangan produk.
• Memahami desain furnitur, material, dan tren interior terkini.
• Menguasai SketchUp, AutoCAD, atau perangkat lunak desain terkait.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan benchmarking dan riset pasar furnitur interior.
• Mengidentifikasi tren desain, material, fitur, harga, dan produk pesaing.
• Mengembangkan konsep produk furnitur/interior baru berdasarkan insight benchmarking.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal dan vendor selama pengembangan produk dan sampling.
• Mengevaluasi sampel produk dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan desain, material, dan kualitas.
• Mempersiapkan dan mempresentasikan temuan benchmarking serta rekomendasi pengembangan produk.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Conduct benchmarking and market research on furniture and interior products.
• Identify design trends, materials, features, pricing, and competitor products.
• Develop and propose new furniture/interior product concepts based on benchmarking insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during product development and sampling.
• Evaluate product samples and provide recommendations for design, material, and quality improvements.
• Prepare and present benchmarking findings and product development recommendations.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in furniture/interior design or product development.
• Strong understanding of furniture design, materials, and current interior trends.
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other relevant design software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
