Job summary

Dekoruma, a fast-growing home & living tech startup, seeks an experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue by achieving monthly booking targets and improving conversion rates. • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Management, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Banking, Property, or Interior Design industry.
• Experience in a service-oriented industry.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Proven experience in managing and coaching a team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
