Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee installation, testing, and handover of MEP systems at project sites in Tangerang Selatan. You will ensure compliance with designs, specs, and schedules while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years in MEP supervision, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in MEP supervision.
• Experience in property development, construction or building projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specs.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and operation of MEP systems at project sites.
• Monitor MEP works for compliance with designs, specs, quality standards, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review shop drawings, technical documents, and material specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, defects, and risks; ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, safety adherence, and standards compliance.
• Prepare progress and inspection reports and other MEP documentation.
• Ensure MEP installations are tested, commissioned, and handed over per requirements.
