OttoDigital Group in Jawa Barat seeks a senior MEP Maintenance Engineer to lead PM programs, ensure compliant execution, and supervise building electrical, HVAC and fire protection systems across data center and facilities.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, prepare progress reports, and mentor teams. Minimum 5 years' experience and a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• In-depth understanding of building electrical systems (Data Center experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of building HVAC / cooling systems.
• Sound knowledge of building fire protection systems.
• Proficient in reading MEP technical drawings, particularly Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Proven leadership capabilities and organizational experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Develop PM schedules and ensure proper execution and compliance according to plan.
• Perform repairs based on Preventive Maintenance findings and handle urgent maintenance issues.
• Ensure accurate metering logs for water, electricity, and PV system; oversee maintenance for outdoor lighting, plumbing installations, STP, and grounding systems.
• Facilitate and supply temporary power and water requirements for supporting projects.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations for MEP vendors.
• Process, monitor, and manage the MEP maintenance budget.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports or ad-hoc reports to management as required.
