Job summary

OTTO Digital is seeking a qualified Site Manager for MEP projects in Indonesia. You will manage and coordinate MEP activities at the project site, ensuring quality, cost, schedule, and safety targets.

You will review drawings, coordinate vendors and teams, monitor installation progress, and ensure compliance with HSE/K3. Strong leadership and English communication required; CAD/BIM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years as Site Manager, MEP or data center.
Strong MEP/building/data center knowledge.
CAD drawing proficiency; BIM knowledge advantageous.
Good English, written and verbal.
Leadership and communication with teams under tight deadlines.
Experience with project management and standards/regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate MEP activities at the project site to meet quality, cost, schedule, and safety targets.
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams with the project schedule and provide progress reports.
Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals.
Monitor the quality and progress of MEP installation work at site.
Ensure all site activities comply with HSE/K3 procedures and standards.
Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
