Job summary

PT Siemens Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in LV and MV switchgear projects. You will plan, execute and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while upholding safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll lead end-to-end project execution, coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site teams, and manage risks and changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in LV/MV switchgear or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end LV & MV switchgear projects from initiation to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues and changes proactively.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE and local regulations and customer specs.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
