Job summary

Pt Dinamika Polimerindo is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for an injection molding facility in Depok. You will oversee daily production, lead a team of operators and technicians, and drive efficiency, quality, and safety across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in injection molding, with at least 2 years in supervision, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and lean practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of injection molding operations experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of machine parameters and mold maintenance.
• Experience with quality control systems and lean methods.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding production to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and support staff.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Enforce quality control procedures and safety standards.
• Manage material flow and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and reduce scrap.
• Collaborate with maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production records and generate shift reports.
