Hasura Mitra Gemilang, Pt in Depok is seeking a Production Supervisor specializing in injection molding to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality, and safety. You will lead a team of machine operators and technicians, troubleshoot processes, and implement continuous improvement across the line.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of injection molding, machine parameters, mold maintenance, and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in injection molding operations and supervision
• 2+ years in supervisory role
• Knowledge of machine parameters and mold maintenance
• Strong safety and quality focus

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily injection molding production to meet schedule and quality targets
• Lead, train, and mentor operators and staff
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot defects
• Enforce quality control procedures to meet specs
• Manage material flow and storage of materials and finished goods
• Analyze production data to identify improvements (cycle time, scrap)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with maintenance for repairs and PM
• Contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization
