Hasura Mitra Gemilang, Pt is seeking a Production Supervisor with a strong background in injection molding to oversee daily operations in Depok. The role requires mentoring a team of operators, ensuring quality, and driving improvements in cycle time and waste reduction to meet production targets.

You will lead efforts to maintain safety, reliability, and efficiency, collaborating with maintenance and quality teams while upholding lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education or certification in plastics technology is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, machine parameters, and mold maintenance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot injection molding defects and process issues.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with quality control systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement data-driven solutions.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage daily injection molding production activities to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of machine operators and support staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient operation of injection molding machines.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
• Manage material flow and ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, such as cycle time reduction and scrap reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and employee suggestions.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate shift reports.
