Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced reservoir engineer with substantial geothermal expertise to lead technical assurance across FEED, EPC/EPCM, drilling and commissioning. You will review models, run risk analysis, and collaborate with geoscience, drilling and operations teams to ensure disciplined delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience, including geothermal delivery.
• Knowledge of geothermal resource classification, engineering standards, and HSE requirements.
• Experience reviewing EPC contractor submissions and due diligence.
• Strong writing, client-facing communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead reservoir engineering in FEED, EPC/EPCM, drilling, testing and commissioning.Review contractor models, design deliverables and test programs for technical integrity.
• Monitor reservoir performance and update models with new data; advise on surveillance and optimization.
• Support tender development, scope definition, schedules and risk reviews.
