Job summary
RGE in Dumai, Riau, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to join our operations. You will oversee daily EI activities, ensure safety, and coordinate with operations and maintenance to optimize plant reliability.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation or related field, 7+ years in EI with supervisory exposure, and strong knowledge of DCS/PLC systems (HollySys).
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation or related engineering field.
- 7+ years in Electrical & Instrumentation with supervisory experience preferred.
- 5+ years EI experience at a CFB Power plant.
- Proven expertise in HollySys automation systems (DCS/PLC).
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily Electrical & Instrumentation activities to ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of HollySys DCS/PLC systems and other automation equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the EI team on control systems, instrumentation, and electrical works.
- Ensure proper documentation, calibration, and maintenance of all instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure reliability and efficiency of plant performance.
- Prepare reports, analyze downtime, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support training and development of junior EI technicians.
