Job summary

Rge Pte Ltd in Dumai, Indonesia seeks a Supervisor of Electrical & Instrumentation to oversee EI activities, ensure safety and reliability, and optimize HollySys DCS/PLC systems. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on EI expertise in a power/industrial setting.

The successful candidate will coordinate with operations and maintenance, document calibrations, and mentor junior technicians while working Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed in Dumai, Riau.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical/instrumentation/automation or related engineering field.
• Minimum 7 years in Electrical & Instrumentation with supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in EI at a CFB power plant; strong HollySys experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor daily EI activities ensuring safety and standards.
• Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of HollySys DCS/PLC systems and automation equipment.
• Provide technical guidance on control systems, instrumentation and electrical works.
• Ensure documentation, calibration and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering teams for reliability and efficiency.
• Prepare downtime reports and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Support training and development of junior EI technicians.
