Job summary

RGE is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily electrical maintenance and coordinate field activities in its Dumai, Riau operations. You will ensure reliable DCS‑integrated electrical systems, lead root-cause analysis, and train technicians in maintenance tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, hands-on DCS/Hollysys expertise, and willingness to work on‑site in Dumai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and system control in industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with DCS operations, specifically Hollysys platforms.
• Experience supervising technicians and coordinating field activities.
• Willing to be placed in Dumai, Riau and on-call if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance, repair, and inspection activities in the utility and process area.
• Ensure reliable operation of electrical systems integrated with DCS, with a specific focus on Holysis-controlled systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and control system issues.
• Monitor the performance of electrical systems to ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
• Guide and train technicians in the execution of electrical works, including routine and preventive maintenance.
• Support installation and commissioning of electrical panels, MCCs, drives, and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance records, reports, and electrical schematics.
• Collaborate with the process, utility, and engineering teams to maintain uptime and support continuous improvement.
