Job summary

Artelia is seeking an experienced and highly organized Document Controller to join a confidential Data Center Construction Project in Indonesia. You will manage document control workflows, ensure accurate versioning, and distribute critical information to clients and project teams.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience supporting multidisciplinary construction projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in document control for large projects.
• Experience with EDMS and project document workflows.
• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control procedures and workflows.
• Manage receipt, distribution, tracking, and filing of project documents.
• Administer EDMS: access control, updates, and reports.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Team for document submissions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly document control reports and support close-out activities.
