Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead/Senior Mechanical Engineer HVAC to support data center facilities in Jakarta. You will oversee operation and maintenance of critical mechanical and HVAC infrastructure, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities include planning preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating contractors, reviewing drawings and specifications, and maintaining CAFM/CMMS records while championing safety and quality across the site.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience with data center facilities or critical infrastructure.
Knowledge of HVAC, chillers, pumps, plumbing and fire protection.
Experience in maintenance planning and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

Support operation and maintenance of critical mechanical and HVAC systems in a data center.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities for cooling and related systems.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot equipment, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate specialist contractors and maintenance service providers.
Maintain maintenance records and support CAFM/CMMS activities.
Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with site procedures.
