Ayana Hospitality in Bali invites a skilled Chef de Cuisine / Dim Sum Chef to lead our Dim Sum station at Bali’s largest integrated resort. You will oversee production, quality, portion control and presentation, while ensuring health and safety compliance in a fast-paced, Chinese cuisine environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a similar role, HACCP preferred, and excellent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years as Chef de Cuisine or Dim Sum Chef in a reputable Chinese restaurant.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin or Chinese dialects is a plus.
• Diploma in Culinary or certified equivalent; Bachelor's degree desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Dim Sum station, overseeing production and preparation.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, keeping a clean kitchen station.
• Collaborate with Head Chef for smooth coordination and timely execution of dishes.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, inspiring excellence and a positive work environment.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.
