Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit risk analysis; lead positions possible for more experienced candidates.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
• Excellent analytical thinking and solid data management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python is a must.
• English oral communication is a must; Mandarin ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new credit applicants and monitor the ongoing financial performance of existing credit customers.
• Oversee and execute the end-to-end process of model training, including data preparation, feature analysis, parameter tuning, and model evaluation.
• Generate and implement new features by thorough analysis to enhance model AUC.
• Act as PIC of modelling part for responding to regulator or partner in relation to auditor part of partnership cooperation.
• Study business operations and the local market to make determinations about its ongoing competitive outlook.
• Ensure compliance to all policies and standards and ensure full audit readiness at all times.
