GoTo Group is seeking a senior Data Scientist to lead credit risk modeling for GoPay credit products in Indonesia. You will build, evaluate, and monitor models using GoTo and third-party data, influencing underwriting decisions and financial inclusion.

You will own end-to-end modeling initiatives, work with product teams to prototype and implement models, and mentor a high-performing DS team. Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in building, evaluating, and monitoring risk models.
• Strong understanding of ML techniques and algorithms.
• Ability to write model documentation and support with research.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end modeling initiatives and business outcomes/metrics.
• Prototyping and implementing data science models with business/product teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing DS team.
• Oversee consumer credit risk models and statistical analyses to optimize decisions.
