Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Creative Strategy, or Digital Campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, short-form content, and internet culture.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to turn trends into relevant brand ideas.
• Understands hooks, storytelling, engagement, retention, UGC, and shareability.
• Able to write clear creative briefs and give strong creative direction.
• Comfortable being involved in content production and appearing on camera.
• Data-aware, proactive, fast-moving, and highly collaborative.
• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies, campaign angles, and content ideas.
• Turn brand campaigns into engaging, shareable, and trend-relevant executions.
• Create creative briefs, content pillars, hooks, scripts, and campaign rollouts.
• Direct and collaborate with Content Creators, KOL, and Design teams.
• Support content production, from ideation and shooting to on-site execution.
• Be comfortable appearing as on-camera talent when needed.
• Track trends, audience behavior, and platform culture across TikTok and Instagram.
• Analyze content performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.
