Job summary

Solutech Indonesia Maju is seeking a Creative Strategist/Content Strategist to translate product character and market needs into compelling campaigns and content with clear business objectives.

The role involves developing strategy, creating content pillars, conducting audience research, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and creative teams to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. A portfolio of campaigns is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, Creative Planner, Digital Strategist, Campaign Planner, or similar position.
• Strategic, creative, and consumer-oriented thinking ability.
• Understanding of how to develop campaign strategy, content strategy, content pillars, creative concepts, and communication strategy.
• Understanding of audience characteristics and behavior across various digital platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to conduct basic research on target market, competitors, trends, and consumer insights.
• Storytelling ability and capability to transform product features into consumer benefits and creative communication.
• Ability to create creative briefs and provide clear direction to creative teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills and ability to work across divisions.
• Portfolio required, particularly portfolio of campaigns or content strategies previously completed.
• Interest in consumer electronics, lifestyle, home appliances, and digital content is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and content strategy to increase awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion according to brand objectives
• Develop ideas and campaign concepts based on target market, product character, trends, and business needs
• Determine objectives, key messages, communication angles, and content direction for each campaign
• Create content pillars and content plans relevant to brand character and target audience
• Conduct research on target audience, consumer behavior, competitors, social media trends, and content trends as a basis for strategy development
• Develop creative concepts for various communication needs, including social media content, promotional campaigns, product campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and digital activations
• Provide creative briefs to relevant teams (Content Creators, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Videographers, Social Media, and/or KOLs) to ensure execution aligns with determined strategy
• Direct content development to ensure it is visually attractive and has strong, relevant messaging for consumer needs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content Creator, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns run according to objectives
• Evaluate campaign and content performance, then provide insights and strategy recommendations to improve future performance
