Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in project management/creative operations, preferably in video/creative content.
• Fluent in English; TOEFL or IELTS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the creative team and allocate workload based on capacity and priorities.
• Review and approve edits and designs before client delivery with clear feedback.
• Own client relationships from briefing to final delivery and translate feedback to the team.
• Track timelines, productivity, and delivery metrics; flag risks early.
• Build scalable production workflows and QC processes.
• Collaborate on creative direction and platform best practices to raise content quality.
