Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist in Indonesia. You will manage end-to-end air freight export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution and accurate documentation while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Air Freight Operations, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment with high service standards.

• Maintain strong working relationships with airlines for operational coordination.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of export documentation before submission.
• Submit shipment documents to the relevant internal teams on the same day.
• Ensure compliance with export customs requirements and operational procedures.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure operational milestones are met.

Responsible for managing end-to-end air freight export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment while maintaining high service standards.

How you create impact
