Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Indonesia is seeking an Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to manage end-to-end export air freight operations and ensure timely shipments. You will coordinate activities, ensure documentation accuracy, and liaise with internal teams to meet service standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in air freight, strong attention to detail, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations.
• Exposure to export shipment handling is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipment processes including operational coordination and documentation handling.
• Coordinate shipment activities from booking confirmation to completion.
• Ensure all export documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Liaise with Procurement teams for booking-related matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines for coordination.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of export documentation before submission.
• Monitor shipment progress and escalate issues to ensure continuity.

Responsible for managing end-to-end air freight export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment while maintaining high service standards.
**How you create impact**
+ Manage end-to-end export shipment processes including operational coordination and documentation handling.
+ Coordinate shipment activities from booking confirmation to completion.
+ Ensure all export documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
