Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Surabaya is seeking an Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to manage end-to-end export air freight operations, ensure timely shipments, and maintain precise documentation.

You will coordinate with internal teams, airlines, and suppliers in a fast-paced logistics environment, uphold high service standards, and contribute to global customer promises through accurate execution and proactive escalation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations.
• Exposure to export shipment handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipment processes including operational coordination and documentation handling.
• Coordinate shipment activities from booking confirmation to completion.
• Ensure all export documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Liaise with Procurement for booking-related matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines for coordination.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of export documentation before submission.
• Submit shipment documents to internal teams the same day.
• Ensure compliance with export customs requirements and procedures.
• Monitor shipment progress and milestones.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure shipment continuity.

Responsible for managing end-to-end air freight export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment while maintaining high service standards.

• Manage end-to-end export shipment processes including operational coordination and documentation handling.
