Job summary

PT Thermax International Indonesia is seeking a skilled professional to collect, prepare, and test biomass fuel samples and to monitor boiler water quality, ensuring fuels and waters meet operational specifications.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ experience with hands-on analysis of moisture, ash, calorific value, volatile matter and fixed carbon, and monitoring water parameters such as pH, conductivity, TDS, hardness and alkalinity.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience in fuel and water testing.
• Hands-on analysis of moisture, ash, calorific value, volatile matter and fixed carbon.
• Experience ensuring fuels and waters meet quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and test biomass fuel samples.
• Analyze moisture, ash content, calorific value, volatile matter, and fixed carbon.
• Test raw water, soft water, feed water, boiler water, and condensate water; monitor key parameters.
• Ensure water quality is within boiler operating standards.

Boiler Water Quality Monitoring

Conduct testing of raw water, soft water, feed water, boiler water, and condensate water.

Monitor pH, conductivity, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, chloride, silica, and dissolved oxygen.

Ensure water quality is within boiler operating standards.
